New accommodation activity
Main objective of the operation:
3.3.1 "Consolidation, modernisation and diversification of production systems"
Description:
The facilitative intervention is based on the Main Objective "Consolidation, modernization and diversification of territorial production systems" of Action Line 3.3.1. axis III, relating to the competitiveness of the production system. The project involved the creation of a new accommodation activity through the building recovery of a traditional building. The energy requalification of the building included, among other things, the installation of a photovoltaic system capable of almost totally covering the annual energy needs, thanks to heating and air conditioning systems, lighting systems and high-efficiency appliances. Each room is equipped with tabbed devices that automatically turn off non-useful electrical utilities when customers leave the room or when windows are open. Devices have been installed for water saving and rainwater recovery. For the masonry works as well as for the furnishings, traditional materials and local craftsmanship have been chosen, able, among other things, to cause positive repercussions on the economic chain of the territory.
